TERMS & CONDITIONS
WAITING TIME POLICY
Your reservation includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time at each scheduled pickup location.
Additional waiting time will be charged at $60 USD per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If guests have not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and no communication has been received, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the full transportation fare will be charged.
RETURN TRANSFERS
Return pickup times must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Changes requested on the day of service are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.
ADDITIONAL STOPS
Transportation rates include direct service between the confirmed pickup and drop-off locations.
Additional stops or route changes requested during service may incur additional charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of service are non-refundable.
