What to know

Prices include chef service only.

Your chef will purchase all groceries; receipts will be provided along with an updated itinerary after each meal.

Chefs arrive prior to your scheduled mealtime to prepare everything fresh at the location.

Booking Information

To ensure availability, catering services should be reserved at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute requests are always welcome and will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to chef and ingredient availability.

After your booking is confirmed, our Concierge Team will coordinate every detail, including menu selection, dietary preferences, allergies, service schedule, and any special requests.

Our chefs arrive approximately 1.5 to 2 hours before the scheduled meal for preparation and remain after service to clean the kitchen and dining area.

 

Additional Fees May Apply For

  • Groceries (charged separately with receipts)
  • Delivery fee based on location
  • Servers, bartenders, or additional kitchen staff
  • Premium ingredients (lobster, wagyu, imported products, etc.)
  • Holiday surcharges
  • Large groups requiring additional staff
  • Custom menu requests
  • Cake, desserts, welcome amenities, or specialty beverages

Important Notes

  • Grocery costs vary depending on your selected menu and guest count.
  • Groups of more than 10 guests incur an additional per-person chef service fee.
  • Events with 15 or more guests require additional staff and a custom quotation.
  • Service gratuity of 10–20% is appreciated and not included.
  • Prices do not include 16% VAT or applicable credit card processing fees.
  • Certain items provided in reusable containers (charcuterie boards, desserts, juices, etc.) require a refundable container deposit.
  • Dietary restrictions, allergies, and children’s meals can be accommodated with advance notice.
