Rates do not include Tax.
Service Gratuity: A 10-15% tip is recommended and not included in the rate.
People with heart, back, or neck problems and pregnant women won’t be able to participate in this activity. Combined Max. Weight 290 lb (132 kg) per machine. Drivers must have 17+. Passengers must have 10+
Payment & Booking
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or required deposit. Remaining balances must be settled prior to the activity.
Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with water sports.
By booking, the customer agrees to assume all risks and release the operator from liability related to the activity.
Operating Rules
Operators must maintain safe distance from other vessels, swimmers, and restricted zones.
Reckless driving, speeding in unauthorized areas, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Safety Briefing & Life Jackets
A mandatory safety briefing will be provided before rental.
Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating or riding the jet ski.
Responsibility for Damage
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the jet ski or third-party property during the rental period.
A security deposit may be required and refunded upon safe return.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits & No Shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for eligibility for a refund or reschedule (depending on policy). We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activity due to weather or safety conditions.
