Description
Complimentary Waiting Time:
Each reservation includes a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes for standard pickups.
Extended Waiting Charges:
If the guest has not arrived or is not ready after 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, a waiting fee of $60 USD per hour (billed in 15-minute increments) will apply.
No-Show Policy:
If the guest has not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and no contact has been made, the service will be marked as a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
Services after 11:00 PM are charged per hour.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
