Arrival & Waiting Time Policy
For private transfers, the maximum waiting time after clearing customs is 20 minutes.
For shared transfers involving multiple flight arrivals, the latest arriving flight on the shared itinerary will determine the vehicle’s arrival time at the terminal. There- fore, it is essential that all flight details are submitted at least 24 hours in advance. If any flight is delayed or if updated itinerary information is not provided in time, an additional waiting fee will apply at an hourly rate.
To avoid extra charges or service disruptions, please ensure all travel information is accurate and up to date before your arrival.
