Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Tours & Activities (Los Cabos)

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help make the process smooth and fair for everyone involved. Please review our cancellation and modification policies below:

  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service or check-in date to receive a full refund.

  • No-Shows:
    Guests who do not show up for their scheduled activity will be charged the full amount. This is non-refundable.

  • Same-Day Cancellations (In Destination):
    Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Transportation, Chef, and Spa Services:
    These services may be rescheduled based on vendor availability. A penalty fee may apply, depending on the vendor’s policy and the total cost of the service.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations:
    In the event of adverse weather conditions that affect the safety or feasibility of the activity, we will do our best to reschedule your service, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the season & vendor’s policy.

  • Modifications:
    Changes to your booking (such as service type, time, or number of guests) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability, seasonality and approval.

  • Important Note:
    Availability may vary. If you haven’t spoken directly with a representative, please contact us to confirm your service and any changes.
