Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Weather Policies
- Full payment is required to secure your yacht or catamaran reservation.
- Dates are not held or guaranteed without full payment.
- Cancellation policies vary by vessel and will be confirmed according to the selected yacht and charter date.
- Holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- If weather or ocean conditions make it unsafe or impossible to sail, as determined by the captain, vessel operator, or marina authorities, the experience may be rescheduled subject to availability.
- Changes to the route, snorkeling locations, water activities, or departure time may be necessary due to weather, ocean conditions, marina restrictions, or the captain’s discretion.
