Rates
Rates do not include Tax.
Service Gratuity: A 10-15% tip is recommended and not included in the rate.
Payment & Booking
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or required deposit. Remaining balances must be settled prior to the activity.
Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with water sports.
By booking, the customer agrees to assume all risks and release the operator from liability related to the activity.
All participants must know how to swim.
Minimum age requirement varies by beach conditions (generally 6+ years).
Lessons are subject to weather and ocean conditions for safety.
Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by the surf coach.
Any damage to equipment due to misuse may incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Deposits & No Shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for eligibility for a refund or reschedule (depending on seasonability ). We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activity due to weather or safety conditions.
