Booking Policies

A 100% upfront payment is required if only shuttle transportation is hired, or if the total amount for activities is under $500 USD.

For all other bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure your services and tours. Please send the initial deposit within 48 hours of receiving the payment link, or a new one must be requested.

Please note that booking transportation services does not guarantee immediate access to your villa or condo. Early check-in must be confirmed directly with the property manager by the client prior to arrival.

Full payment for the car rental is required upon service confirmation and can be made via a secure payment link. A credit card hold will be applied at the time of vehicle delivery.

Services will not be provided without full payment in advance.

Final payment must be completed before your check-in date. We accept various payment methods including wire transfer, cash, and credit or debit cards.

Please note that charges on US credit and debit cards will be processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the exchange rate determined by the company, which is subject to change without prior notice. Quote valid for 15 days.

Please note all card transactions will incur in a 4.06% on the service price.
Cancellations must be made 72 hrs prior to arrival date for specific activities. Deposits & No Shows are non-refundable.

In the event of last-minute cancellations due to weather, rescheduling will not be available for purchased items. Tours and activities may be rescheduled for a later date.

In the event of a cancellation within 5 days of a scheduled event, décor or celebration, we will make every effort to accommodate a rescheduling request, subject to availability. However, please note that rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
