Rates do not include Tax.
Service Gratuity: A 10-15% tip is recommended and not included in the rate.

Ordering multiple entrées or extras may increase grocery costs. Final grocery prices depend on your menu selection.
TERMS & Conditions
Full payment is required in advance for single services. A delivery fee applies based on location for all grocery shopping.
Final payment must be completed before your check-out date. We accept various payment methods including wire transfer, cash, and credit or debit cards.
If part of an overall itinerary, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking Conditions apply.
Please note that charges on US credit and debit cards will be processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the exchange rate determined by the company, which is subject to change without prior notice. Quote valid for 15 days.
Cancellations must be made 72 hrs prior to arrival date for specific activities. Deposits & No Shows are non-refundable.
In the event of last-minute cancellations due to weather, purchased items are non-refundable. However, service may be rescheduled for a later date, subject to availability.
